  • Phone and e-mail contact – we process the data you give us in order to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Providing services – if you use our services (e.g. tyre change, storage, repair), we process the data needed to carry them out and settle payment, including issuing accounting documents (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
  • Visit statistics – anonymous or anonymised data on how you use the website (e.g. pages visited, device type), collected by analytics tools (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent, where required).

3. How long we keep data

  • Form messages and correspondence – for as long as needed to handle the matter, no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded.
  • Data related to a completed service – for the period required by tax and accounting law (usually 5 years from the end of the tax year) and until any claims become time-barred.
  • Analytics data – according to the analytics tool settings, no longer than 14 months.

Some of these providers (e.g. Google, Automattic) may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

To exercise your rights, write to us at abbco@abbco.com.pl.

6. Do you have to provide data?

Providing data is voluntary, but without it we won't be able to reply to your message or carry out a service. We do not make automated decisions about you or use profiling.

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies – small files stored on your device. We use them to make the website work properly, load faster and to produce anonymous visit statistics. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, although this may affect how some features of the website work.

The website also contains embedded content from other services (e.g. Google Maps). It behaves as if you had visited that service directly and may set its own cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the law or the way the website works changes. The current version is always available on this page.
