We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. For any matters concerning personal data you can contact us by e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:abbco@abbco.com.pl\">abbco@abbco.com.pl<\/a>, by phone: <a href=\"tel:+48126493233\">12 649 32 33<\/a> or by post at the address above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. What data we collect and why<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contact form<\/strong> \u2013 name, e-mail address, phone number and message. We process them to answer your question, prepare a quote or book a visit (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR \u2013 steps taken before entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR \u2013 our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Phone and e-mail contact<\/strong> \u2013 we process the data you give us in order to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Providing services<\/strong> \u2013 if you use our services (e.g. tyre change, storage, repair), we process the data needed to carry them out and settle payment, including issuing accounting documents (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Visit statistics<\/strong> \u2013 anonymous or anonymised data on how you use the website (e.g. pages visited, device type), collected by analytics tools (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR \u2013 your consent, where required).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. How long we keep data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Form messages and correspondence \u2013 for as long as needed to handle the matter, no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Data related to a completed service \u2013 for the period required by tax and accounting law (usually 5 years from the end of the tax year) and until any claims become time-barred.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Analytics data \u2013 according to the analytics tool settings, no longer than 14 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Who we share data with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not sell your data. It may only be shared with parties that help us run the website and the business, and only to the extent necessary:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hosting and e-mail providers,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Google (Google Analytics, Google Maps, Google Fonts),<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Automattic (Jetpack \u2013 website statistics and security),<\/li>\n\n\n<li>our accounting office and IT service providers,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>public authorities, where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of these providers (e.g. Google, Automattic) may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access your data and receive a copy,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>have your data rectified (corrected),<\/li>\n\n\n<li>have your data erased,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>restrict processing,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>data portability,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>object to processing based on legitimate interest,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),<\/li>\n\n\n<li>lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Do you have to provide data?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providing data is voluntary, but without it we won't be able to reply to your message or carry out a service. We do not make automated decisions about you or use profiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website uses cookies \u2013 small files stored on your device. We use them to make the website work properly, load faster and to produce anonymous visit statistics. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, although this may affect how some features of the website work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website also contains embedded content from other services (e.g. Google Maps).
